    Component-wise Breakdown of Fees

Tuition Fee: This is the primary fee for attending lectures, accessing digital resources, and utilizing laboratory facilities. It covers faculty salaries, infrastructure maintenance, curriculum development, and academic support services.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges are applicable for all students staying on campus. The hostel provides a safe, comfortable environment conducive to learning and social interaction.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance towards monthly mess expenses. This ensures smooth functioning of the cafeteria and helps maintain quality food services.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution toward student welfare initiatives, including scholarships, emergency aid, and cultural events.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups, health insurance, and access to on-campus healthcare facilities.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports fitness programs, sports activities, and recreational amenities for students.

Examination Fees: Includes costs related to conducting internal assessments, external evaluations, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation options in well-maintained hostels with modern amenities. Hostel rooms are categorized into different types based on occupancy and facilities:

    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 40,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 60,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 80,000 per semester

Mess billing is done monthly, with charges varying depending on the meal plan chosen by students. The mess operates on a prepaid system where students can add funds to their accounts via mobile apps or online portals.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not reside in hostels during specific periods such as vacations or internships. These rebates are calculated based on actual stay duration and communicated through official notices.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We recognize the financial constraints faced by many students and provide several waiver schemes and scholarships:

    • SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent with additional concessions on mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% reduction in fees with full exemption from medical and gymkhana fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on all fees with priority allocation for hostels.

Eligibility criteria for each scheme are clearly defined, and students must submit necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates during admission.

The application process involves filling out an online form along with supporting documents. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and successful candidates receive notifications via email and SMS.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester to ensure uninterrupted academic progress. Payments can be made through:

    • Online banking using net banking or UPI
    • Debit/Credit card transactions
    • Bank challan (for offline payment)
    • Mobile wallets like Paytm, PhonePe

Payment deadlines are announced at the beginning of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of Rs. 500 per day until full payment is received.

In case of withdrawal or transfer, refund policies apply:

    • Full refund is granted if withdrawal occurs within 10 days of admission
    • Refund of 80% is provided for withdrawals between 10-30 days
    • No refund is given after 30 days of admission

Refunds are processed within 60 working days and credited directly to the student's bank account.
