Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction and academic resources including lab access, library services, and digital learning tools. It is paid twice a year, once at the beginning of each semester.

Hostel Rent: All students are required to reside on campus for the duration of their studies. Hostel rent includes utilities such as electricity, water supply, internet connectivity, and maintenance services.

Mess Advance: This is a one-time payment that covers initial mess expenses for the first month of the academic year. Students can adjust this amount based on actual consumption at the end of each semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions to this fund support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. It provides relief during unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or family hardships.

Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus health services, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and basic medications. Students are encouraged to maintain regular check-ups for their overall well-being.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports the maintenance of sports facilities, fitness equipment, and extracurricular activities. These fees ensure that students can participate in various sports clubs and cultural events on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, result processing, and certificate issuance.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in fully air-conditioned hostels with modern amenities. There are different room types available to suit varying needs:

    • Single Room: ₹20,000 per semester
    • Double Room: ₹15,000 per semester
    • Triple Room: ₹12,000 per semester
    • Quadruple Room: ₹10,000 per semester

Mess charges are inclusive of three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The billing system operates on a monthly basis, with adjustments made based on attendance records.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance programs to ensure that deserving students can access quality education regardless of their economic background:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible candidates receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees. Additional concessions are available for hostel and mess charges based on income slabs.
    • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% fee concession on tuition fees, with partial waivers on hostel and mess charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Beneficiaries receive a 25% fee waiver on tuition fees, along with additional support for other expenses.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted through the official portal, accompanied by necessary documentation proving eligibility. The university reviews these applications annually to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments are made online through the university’s secure payment gateway or via NEFT/RTGS transfers. The payment deadlines for each semester are strictly enforced:

    • First Semester: Payment due by 15th June
    • Second Semester: Payment due by 15th December

Late payments attract a penalty of ₹200 per day beyond the deadline. Refund requests are processed only upon submission of a written application and verified documents.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are calculated based on the number of months completed and adjusted for any dues incurred. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after approval.
