    Fee Components Explanation

Each component of the fee structure is carefully designed to ensure that students receive quality education and amenities while maintaining financial accessibility:

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers all academic expenses including faculty salaries, laboratory maintenance, course materials, and administrative overhead. This fee ensures access to world-class teaching and modern facilities.

    Hostel Rent

Hostel rent provides accommodation for students who wish to reside on campus. The hostel rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. The rent includes utilities and maintenance services.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance is a prepayment for meals provided in the campus cafeteria. It covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire semester. Students can adjust their mess charges at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through scholarships, grants, and emergency assistance. Contributions are made by all students to promote social welfare within the university community.

    Medical Fees

The medical fee provides access to healthcare services on campus, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and basic treatments. This ensures that students maintain good health throughout their academic journey.

    Gymkhana Fees

This fee supports extracurricular activities and sports programs. It funds gym facilities, recreational equipment, and organized sports events that promote physical fitness and team-building among students.

    Examination Fees

The examination fee covers costs associated with conducting assessments, including exam paper preparation, invigilation, grading, and result processing. It ensures fair and standardized evaluation practices across all programs.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation at Abhyuday University Khargone is designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostel rooms are categorized into different types based on amenities and occupancy:

    • Single Occupancy Room: Features a single bed, study table, wardrobe, and internet access.
    • Double Occupancy Room: Shared space for two students with similar amenities as single rooms.
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Accommodation for three students, ideal for budget-conscious students.

Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed and are adjusted at the end of each semester. Meals are served at fixed times with regular quality checks to ensure hygiene and nutrition.
