Gymkhana fees contribute to the maintenance of recreational facilities such as gyms, sports grounds, and cultural centers. Examination fees are collected to cover the costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams and assessments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking or credit/debit cards, or offline via demand draft or cash at designated counters on campus. All transactions are recorded and verified for accuracy.

Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day for overdue payments. Students are advised to pay their fees before the due date to avoid additional charges.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the university during the academic year. Refunds are processed within 60 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents, subject to deductions for administrative costs and pending dues.
