    Project-Based Learning Philosophy

Accman Business School emphasizes project-based learning as a core component of the BBA program. This approach allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios while developing critical skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

The curriculum includes two mandatory mini-projects in the second year and a comprehensive final-year thesis/capstone project. Mini-projects are typically completed in groups of 4–6 students and involve working with industry partners on live business challenges. These projects help students understand how to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings professionally.

The capstone project is an individual or small-group endeavor that requires students to identify a significant business problem, propose solutions, and implement strategies in consultation with faculty mentors and industry experts. The final deliverables include a written report, presentation, and demonstration of results.

Students select their projects based on interest areas and career aspirations, with guidance from academic advisors and faculty members. Each project is evaluated using rubrics that assess content quality, methodology, innovation, and presentation skills.
