    Fee Components Explained

Each fee component serves a specific purpose in supporting the student experience and institutional operations:

    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, library access, lab facilities, and administrative services.
    • Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation for students living on campus, including utilities and maintenance.
    • Mess Advance: Ensures timely meal provisions in university canteens and dining halls.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies.
    • Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical services, health checkups, and basic treatments.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, fitness programs, and campus recreation facilities.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students prepay for the month's meals, and adjustments are made based on attendance records. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals for specific days or weeks.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive 100% fee waiver based on valid certificates issued by competent authorities.
    • EWS Category: Students with annual income below INR 3 lakhs qualify for a 50% concession in tuition fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Individuals belonging to minority communities may receive partial fee reductions based on income slabs.

To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documents including caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards through the official portal. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and approved candidates receive notifications via email and SMS.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online using credit/debit cards or net banking facilities. Students must complete payment within 7 days of admission confirmation to avoid late fees.

For late payments, a penalty of 5% per month is levied on outstanding amounts. In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following rules:

    • Withdrawal before 15th day: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 2000).
    • Withdrawal between 16th and 30th day: Refund of 70% of total fees after deducting administrative charges.
    • Withdrawal after 30th day: No refund is processed.
