Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Aiph University Bhubaneswar offers various financial assistance options to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 25% concession on tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel charges.
• MCM (Married Children of Military Personnel): Full waiver on tuition fees and 50% discount on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or cash at the university office. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500/day.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Between 15-30 days: 70% refund
• After 30 days: No refund
