    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of hostels: Single Occupancy, Double Occupancy, and Triple Occupancy. Each hostel is equipped with modern amenities such as air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, and common study areas.

Room charges vary based on occupancy type:

    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 30,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 20,000 per semester

Mess charges are collected monthly and cover three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Students can choose from different meal plans based on their dietary requirements and preferences.

The mess billing system is automated, allowing students to track their consumption and adjust balances accordingly. Rebates are provided for students who do not consume meals regularly or miss sessions due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A comprehensive financial aid system is in place to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers or significant discounts based on income slabs.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees, subject to income criteria.
    • MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities can apply for partial fee concessions upon submission of relevant documentation.

Eligibility criteria include annual family income below Rs. 3 lakh for SC/ST/PwD students, Rs. 6 lakh for EWS students, and verification through official documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

The application process involves filling out an online form along with supporting documents, which are reviewed by the financial aid committee. Approved applications result in automatic adjustments to the student's fee account.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must ensure that payments are completed before the deadline specified each semester.

Late fees are charged at 1% per month on outstanding dues, with a maximum cap of Rs. 5000. Refunds are processed only after all academic obligations are fulfilled and no pending fees exist.

The refund policy is governed by university regulations and includes scenarios such as withdrawal from the program, transfer to another institution, or administrative errors in billing. Refunds are typically credited within 30 working days of approval.
