    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options with varying room types. Shared rooms accommodate two students, while private rooms are available for individual occupancy. Each room is equipped with essential furniture and internet connectivity.

The mess billing system is designed to be transparent and efficient. Students receive monthly bills based on their consumption, which can be adjusted through online portals or mobile apps. Rebate policies are applied to students who opt for different meal plans or attend special events.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university provides fee waivers and concessions for students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories. The income slab for eligibility is as follows:

    • SC/ST/PwD: Annual income below ₹2 lakh
    • EWS: Annual income between ₹2 lakh and ₹5 lakh
    • MCM: Annual income between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹3 lakh

Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, and category. The application process involves submitting relevant documents along with a completed form available on the university portal.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day, up to a maximum of 15 days. Refunds are processed only after verification of attendance and academic performance.

Students who withdraw from the program are eligible for refunds according to the refund policy, which considers the duration of stay, amount paid, and reasons for withdrawal. A detailed refund schedule is available on the university website.
