    Breakdown of Fee Components

    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and academic support services.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or shared rooms with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, and maintenance.
    • Mess Advance: A prepayment for meals during the semester, adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through financial assistance programs.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic medical check-ups and emergency healthcare services available on campus.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, fitness facilities, and extracurricular events organized by the student council.
    • Examination Fees: Includes costs for conducting mid-term and final examinations along with result processing and certificate generation.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in well-furnished hostels with separate rooms for boys and girls. Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy options, each equipped with essential furniture and utilities.

Mess charges are collected as an advance at the beginning of each semester. The billing system is transparent and based on actual consumption, with monthly adjustments made to reflect usage patterns. Rebates are available for students who maintain a minimum attendance record in hostel activities or demonstrate academic excellence.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance options are available to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial reduction in hostel rent.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession in tuition fees.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Applications for fee waivers must be submitted with supporting documents during the admission process or as per university guidelines.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through NEFT, RTGS, or online banking platforms accepted by the university. Late payments attract a fixed late fee of ₹1000 per month until cleared.

In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to university rules, with deductions for administrative costs and unutilized services. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents at least one month before the intended date of departure.
