    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university maintains several hostels to accommodate students from across India. Hostel rooms are categorized into different types based on amenities and comfort levels:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per semester for a private room with basic furnishings.
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹8,000 per semester shared between two students.

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive an advance bill for the upcoming month and are required to pay accordingly. Any excess or deficit is adjusted during the final billing cycle at the end of each semester.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers various financial aid options to eligible students based on their economic background:

    Scholarship Categories

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with income slabs below ₹2 lakh per annum.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for families earning between ₹2-5 lakh annually.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on all fees for students from minority communities with income below ₹3 lakh per annum.

    Application Process: Students must submit a filled application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee within 15 working days.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through online banking or credit/debit card transactions. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared.

    Refund Rules:

    • Refunds are processed only for students who withdraw from the program before completing one academic year.
    • The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding fees.
