    Fee Components Explanation

    Each component of the fee structure is explained below:

    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, and academic resources for the entire semester.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in a fully furnished room with common facilities like Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
    • Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront to cover meals throughout the semester. This is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including consultations with doctors and access to medical supplies.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to gymnasium facilities, sports equipment, and organized physical activities.
    • Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams and evaluation processes.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Our hostel accommodations are designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for academic and personal growth. Hostel rooms come in different types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester

    Mess billing is done monthly, with an advance payment required at the beginning of each semester. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or face financial hardships.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    We offer various fee waivers and concessions based on income slabs and categories:

    • SC/ST/PwD (General): 50% waiver on tuition fees
    • EWS: 25% waiver on tuition fees
    • MCM: 100% waiver on tuition fees

    Eligibility criteria include proof of income, category certificates, and academic performance. Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with required documents to the finance department.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    The payment deadline for each semester is set before the start of classes. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

    If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges
    • Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund is provided
