    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through online banking, net banking, or debit/credit card transactions. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to ensure timely processing of admission formalities.

    Late fees are charged at 1% per month on unpaid balances after the deadline. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the university.

    Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application with reasons, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of months attended and pending dues.
