    Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, course materials, and access to university resources including libraries, labs, and online databases.

    Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in a shared or private room with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

    Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront to cover monthly food expenses. Students are billed based on consumption at the end of the month.

    Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through emergency grants and scholarships.

    Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, vaccinations, and health-related services available on campus.

    Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to fitness facilities, sports equipment, and organized recreational activities.

    Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester exams and assessments.

    Hostel & Mess Charges:

    • Room Types: Single occupancy rooms (₹25000), Double occupancy rooms (₹15000), Triple occupancy rooms (₹10000).
    • Mess Billing System: Students are charged based on actual consumption. Monthly bills are generated after deducting the advance amount.
    • Rebate Policies: Full rebate for students studying abroad, partial rebate for those on leave or short-term internships.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with additional support for hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee; full rebate on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% discount on tuition fee and partial rebate on hostel charges.

    Application Process: Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents to the finance department. Eligibility is verified based on income slabs and category status.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy:

    • Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester; late payment incurs a penalty of ₹1000 per day.
    • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program. A processing fee of ₹500 is deducted from the refund amount.
