Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available to eligible students based on income criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee

The application process involves submitting income certificates, category proof, and other required documents to the finance department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS or online banking transfers. The payment deadline is the first week of each semester.

Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of Rs. 500 per day applies if payment is delayed beyond the deadline.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university, subject to deductions for administrative charges and hostel fees. Refunds are credited within 30 days of submission of necessary documents.
