    Fee Components Explanation

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel offers various room types including single, double, and triple occupancy options. Each room comes equipped with essential furniture and internet connectivity.

    Mess Billing System

    Students can choose between different mess plans based on dietary preferences and consumption patterns. Monthly billing is processed after deducting advance payments.

    Rebate Policies

    Students staying outside during holidays or attending conferences are eligible for partial rebates on hostel charges. Applications must be submitted at least one week in advance.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Eligibility Criteria

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Income below 2 lakhs per annum qualifies for full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Income between 2-5 lakhs qualifies for partial concession on fees.
    • MCM (Migrant Community Member): Income below 1 lakh qualifies for reduced fees.

    Application Process

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid within 7 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month.

    Refund Rules

    • Withdrawal within first week: Full refund minus processing fee
    • Withdrawal between 1-2 weeks: Refund after deducting administrative charges
    • Withdrawal beyond two weeks: No refund allowed

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal request. The university may retain up to 5% of the refund amount for administrative purposes.
