Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing follows a standardized system where students pay an advance each month. The actual cost is adjusted at the end of the month based on consumed meals. Rebates are available for students who stay in hostels for more than 10 months per academic year.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Alliance University provides various forms of financial assistance to deserving students:

• Merit-based Scholarships: Awarded to top performers in JEE Advanced or JEE Main. Eligibility requires a rank below 5000 and minimum 90% marks in class 12th.
• Need-based Concessions: Available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with income slabs ranging from INR 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs annually.
• EWS Category: Students belonging to Economically Weaker Sections receive 50% reduction in tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are expected by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until cleared. Students can make payments via net banking, debit cards, credit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of Alliance University.

If a student withdraws from the program within the first month, a refund of 90% of total fees is processed after deducting administrative charges. Refunds are credited to the original payment account within 30 days.
