    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • EWS Category: 50% fee waiver for families with annual income between INR 200,000 and INR 400,000.
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): 100% fee waiver for children of migrant workers with income below INR 200,000.

    Applications for scholarships must be submitted during the admission process along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates if applicable.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until clearance.

    Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the university. Deductions include processing fees, hostel charges, and administrative costs.
