    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through the official online portal or at designated bank branches. Payment deadlines are strict, with late fees applied after the due date:

    • Late Fee Calculation: 1% per day on outstanding amounts.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of processing charges and hostel fees.
