    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students can make payments through various modes including online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, and NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated to ensure timely processing of admissions and semester registrations.

    Late fee charges apply for delayed payments beyond the specified deadline. For instance, a late fee of ₹500 per day is levied on outstanding balances exceeding 7 days past the due date.

    In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, students are entitled to refunds according to the following policy:

    • Full refund is granted if the student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session.
    • Refund of tuition fees is available after deduction of administrative charges and hostel charges up to the date of withdrawal.
    • Mess advance and other service fees are adjusted based on actual usage or refundable portion as per policy guidelines.

    The university ensures transparency in financial transactions and maintains detailed records for every student's payment history. Students can access their payment details through the official portal anytime during the academic year.
