    Detailed Fee Components

    Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served in our central mess facility where students can choose from a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

    Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards welfare activities and support for students facing financial hardships.

    Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical facilities, health check-ups, and emergency care services. Students are also covered under insurance policies provided by the institute.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports events, and fitness programs offered by the institute. Members have access to gymnasiums, swimming pools, and various indoor/outdoor sports facilities.

    Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal assessments, external examinations, and result processing. This fee ensures that students receive timely feedback on their academic progress.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Our hostel accommodations are designed to provide comfort and convenience for students throughout their academic journey. Rooms are shared between two or four students depending on the type of accommodation chosen.

    Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, triple occupancy, and quad occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, lighting, ventilation, and internet connectivity.

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis where students prepay for meals through an online portal or mobile app. Meal plans can be customized based on dietary preferences and requirements.

    Rebate policies allow students to avail discounts during holidays or if they opt for specific meal plans. Students who wish to leave campus temporarily must inform the hostel authorities and adjust their mess charges accordingly.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The institute offers various fee waiver schemes and concessions based on economic background and other qualifying factors. Eligible students can apply for financial aid through a formal application process that requires submission of income certificates, family details, and supporting documents.

    Income slabs for eligibility are as follows: Students from families with annual income below 2 lakhs qualify for full fee waiver; those earning between 2-4 lakhs may receive partial waivers; and students from families above 4 lakhs must pay full fees unless special circumstances exist.

    Special categories like SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM are eligible for additional benefits including reserved seats, reduced tuition fees, and priority in hostel allocation. Applications must be submitted before the start of each academic year with supporting documentation.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made through multiple modes including online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS transfers, and cash deposits at designated bank branches. Students are required to complete payment within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees or admission cancellation.

    Late fees are charged at 5% per month on unpaid balances, with a maximum cap of 1000 INR per semester. Refunds are processed only after verification of all academic records and finalization of accounts by the finance department.

    Withdrawal from the program results in refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges, hostel rent, and mess fees depending on the duration of stay and reason for withdrawal. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documents for processing refunds.
