Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, and library resources. It is subject to periodic revision based on inflation and operational costs.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in well-maintained residential facilities with modern amenities including internet connectivity, 24/7 security, and study areas.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay an advance amount towards their mess charges. This includes meals for the entire semester and can be adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards a fund supporting underprivileged students within the university community.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services available on campus, including routine check-ups and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports facilities on campus, including access to gymnasiums, courts, and fitness equipment.

Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting semester-end examinations, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can opt for different types of hostel rooms based on availability and preferences:

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25000/month
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 18000/month
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 12000/month

The mess billing system is designed to ensure transparency and convenience for students. Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption, and adjustments are made accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students who stay in the hostel for extended periods or participate in campus activities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Anjaneya University Raipur offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and concession on hostel charges for eligible students based on income slabs.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges for families with annual income below Rs. 3 lakhs.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): Eligible for a 25% reduction in tuition fee and special consideration in hostel allocation.

Applications for these financial aids must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates where applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the commencement of each semester. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees or disqualification from classes.

Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of Rs. 500 per day is applicable beyond the deadline unless a formal extension request is approved by the finance department.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed in accordance with university regulations and are subject to verification of academic records and financial obligations. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester to ensure timely processing of refunds.
