Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the specified deadline for each semester to avoid late fees and penalties. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until cleared.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund minus processing fees
• Withdrawal between 31-60 days: 75% refund minus processing fees
• Withdrawal after 60 days: 50% refund minus processing fees

Refunds are processed within 30 working days of the withdrawal application being approved.
