    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university offers various hostel options for students:

    • Single Occupancy Rooms: INR 40,000 per semester (exclusive of mess)
    • Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 35,000 per semester
    • Four Occupancy Rooms: INR 30,000 per semester

    Mess charges are collected monthly based on actual consumption. Students receive a monthly mess bill that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at varying price points.

    Rebate policies allow students who do not stay in hostel during certain periods (e.g., summer vacation or semester break) to receive partial refunds for hostel rent and mess charges.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    A variety of financial assistance options are available for students based on income slabs and category:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee, 50% rebate on hostel rent, and full exemption from mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee, 30% rebate on hostel rent, and partial reduction in mess charges.
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): 25% waiver on tuition fee and full rebate on hostel rent.

    Eligibility criteria for these schemes include income certificates issued by the relevant authorities, category certificates, and documentation of financial need.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made online via net banking or through mobile apps. The university sends automated reminders before deadlines to ensure timely payment.

    Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on outstanding dues, with maximum limits set by the administration.

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies:

    • Withdrawal Before Commencement: Full refund minus processing charges
    • Withdrawal Within First Month: 90% refund minus processing fees
    • Withdrawal After First Month: 75% refund minus processing fees

    Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
