    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Single occupancy rooms cost ₹15,000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy rooms cost ₹12,000 and ₹10,000 respectively. The hostel charges include utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and maintenance services.

    The mess system operates on a monthly billing basis with meals priced at ₹2,500 per month for each student. Students must pay an advance of ₹30,000 for the academic year to cover their mess expenses. Refunds are processed based on attendance and usage patterns at the end of each semester.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers several financial assistance options to support students from economically weaker sections and meritorious candidates.

    Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees. EWS students receive a 25% concession, while MCM (Minority Community Members) students are entitled to a 10% discount on fees.

    Scholarships are available for students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and financial need. The university awards merit-based scholarships ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per annum based on entrance exam scores and class performance.

    Students can apply for these financial aids through the official website by submitting required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees must be paid within 15 days of admission or before the start of the semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared.

    The university accepts payments via cash, demand draft, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Students can also make installment payments for large sums using the university's payment gateway.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies according to the university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal request, subject to deduction of processing fees and applicable charges.
