    Hostel Rent

    Mess Advance

    The mess advance covers the cost of meals throughout the semester. Students pay an upfront amount that is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

    Student Benevolent Fund

    This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their academic journey. Contributions are minimal but help in creating a supportive community environment.

    Medical Fees

    The medical fee covers access to on-campus health services, including consultations, basic treatments, and emergency care. It ensures that students have access to quality healthcare during their studies.

    Gymkhana Fees

    These fees support the maintenance of gym facilities and sports activities on campus. They ensure that students can stay physically active and participate in various extracurricular programs.

    Examination Fees

    The examination fee covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester tests, internal assessments, and external examinations. It includes proctoring services, evaluation processes, and result processing.

    Room Types

    The hostel offers various room types to accommodate different needs:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester

    Mess Billing System

    The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay an advance amount for meals. The billing is done monthly based on actual consumption. Monthly charges vary depending on the type of meal plan selected:

    • Standard Plan: INR 15,000 per month
    • Premium Plan: INR 20,000 per month
    • Deluxe Plan: INR 25,000 per month

    Rebate Policies

    Students who are absent from campus for a period exceeding two weeks may be eligible for partial rebates on hostel and mess charges. The rebate policy is reviewed annually and adjusted based on demand.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Eligibility Criteria

    Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The eligibility criteria include:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Income slab up to INR 3 lakh per annum
    • EWS Category: Income slab up to INR 6 lakh per annum
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Income slab up to INR 4 lakh per annum

    Benefits and Amounts

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges
    • MCM Category: 25% concession on tuition fee and 50% concession on hostel charges

    Application Process

    To apply for financial aid, students must submit the following documents:

    1. Income certificate from local authority
    2. Caste certificate (if applicable)
    3. PwD certificate (if applicable)
    4. Passport-size photographs
    5. Bank account details for refund purposes

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day after the deadline.

    Late Fee Calculations

    Late fee is calculated daily on unpaid balances until full payment is received. The maximum late fee allowed is equivalent to one month's tuition fee.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal before 30 days: 100% refund
    • Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund

    The refund process takes approximately 45 days to complete and includes deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
