    Detailed Breakdown of Fee Components

Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and academic support services. The fee is adjusted annually based on inflation and infrastructure upgrades.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges include room rent, utilities (electricity, water), internet connectivity, and maintenance costs. Different room types are available to accommodate varying budgets and preferences.

Mess Advance: This advance is collected upfront for the entire semester and adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption. It ensures seamless meal services without disruptions.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee contributes to scholarships, emergency aid, and student welfare initiatives within the college community.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups, vaccinations, and access to on-campus health centers for students.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities available to all students.

Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting internal assessments, external evaluations, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The college provides various hostel accommodations ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared dormitories. Room types include AC single, non-AC single, AC double, and non-AC double rooms, each with distinct pricing structures.

Mess billing operates on a monthly cycle where students are charged for consumed meals. Rebate policies allow partial refunds for students who leave campus before the end of a semester or if they opt out of mess services entirely.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer several financial assistance schemes to eligible students based on income slabs and category-specific criteria. These include:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for students from these backgrounds.
    • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee and partial waiver on hostel charges.

Application for these benefits must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are made via online portals using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. All transactions require confirmation and receipts for record-keeping purposes.

Late fees are calculated at 2% of the outstanding amount per month if payments are not completed within the deadline. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the college and subject to compliance with refund rules.
