    Fee Structure Explanation

The tuition fee covers access to academic resources, laboratory sessions, and faculty mentorship throughout the program. It is designed to reflect the quality of education provided by our institution.

Hostel rent includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel facility provides a conducive environment for focused study and social interaction among students.

Mess advance ensures that students have sufficient funds for meals during their stay on campus. The mess billing system is transparent and updated monthly based on consumption patterns.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to foster a supportive community environment.

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services available within the campus health center, including consultations, minor treatments, and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees contribute towards maintaining recreational facilities including gyms, sports grounds, and cultural activity centers that promote holistic development.

Examination fees are charged for conducting internal assessments, end-of-semester exams, and practical evaluations. These fees ensure proper administration of academic processes.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can opt for single or double occupancy rooms depending on availability and preferences. Single rooms cost an additional ₹5,000 per month compared to shared rooms.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges varying based on consumption. Students are billed according to the number of meals consumed and can choose from multiple meal options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary requirements.

Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals for certain days or during holidays. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per month, while full refunds are processed upon withdrawal with proper documentation.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% reduction in hostel charges. EWS students get a 50% discount on tuition fees and full concession on hostel rent.

MCM (Multiple Children of Migrant Workers) beneficiaries are eligible for a 75% waiver on tuition fees and 25% concession on hostel charges.

Financial aid applications must be submitted along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence. The application deadline is usually one month before the start of the academic year.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or credit/debit cards. Late payments attract a monthly interest charge of 1% on outstanding balances.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the institution. Students must submit a formal request along with original documents and clearance certificates from various departments before refund procedures begin.
