    Fee Components Explained

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, laboratory access, and infrastructure maintenance. It includes access to digital libraries, research facilities, and industry-relevant software tools that enhance learning outcomes.

    Hostel Rent

Hostel accommodation is provided for students residing off-campus. The rent covers room maintenance, utilities, security services, and common area upkeep. Students can choose between single, double, and triple occupancy rooms based on availability and preferences.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance is a pre-paid amount that ensures uninterrupted dining facilities throughout the academic year. It covers meals for 12 months and is adjusted monthly based on consumption patterns.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, providing assistance with medical expenses, family crises, or educational needs. Contributions are voluntary and collected annually to build a support system for those in need.

    Medical Fees

Medical fees cover access to on-campus health services, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and medications. The institute maintains a well-equipped medical center staffed by qualified doctors and nurses to ensure student wellness.

    Gymkhana Fees

Gymkhana fees support recreational activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and extracurricular programs. These funds contribute to maintaining gymnasiums, organizing inter-college competitions, and promoting holistic development among students.

    Examination Fees

Examination fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, grading, result processing, and certificate issuance. These charges ensure the smooth operation of assessment systems aligned with industry standards.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Room Types

    • Single Occupancy: ₹60,000/year (includes single bed, study table, wardrobe)
    • Double Occupancy: ₹45,000/year (shared room with one roommate)
