Hostel rent provides accommodation for students living away from home. The hostel offers modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess advance covers monthly food expenses. Students are billed based on their consumption and can adjust balances accordingly.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the institute's medical center.

Gymkhana Fees contribute to recreational activities and sports facilities available on campus.

Examination fees are levied for conducting end-of-semester exams and maintaining academic standards.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute offers various financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs up to Rs. 200,000 annually with full fee waiver.
• EWS Category: Income slab up to Rs. 400,000 with 50% fee concession.
• MCM Category: Income slab up to Rs. 300,000 with 25% fee concession.

Applications for financial assistance must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates and caste certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day until cleared.

Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to compliance with institute regulations and payment of outstanding dues.
