    Component-wise Explanation

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers access to lectures, practical sessions, laboratory work, and academic resources including digital libraries and online course materials. It is fixed annually and subject to minor adjustments based on inflation and infrastructure upgrades.

    Hostel Rent

Hostel rent includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Institute maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety in all residential facilities.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses for the entire term. Students can adjust their bills based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships, scholarships for meritorious candidates, and community development initiatives within the campus.

    Medical Fees

Medical fees cover access to on-campus health services, including consultations with doctors, laboratory tests, and emergency medical care. The Institute has a dedicated medical center staffed by qualified professionals.

    Gymkhana Fees

Gymkhana fees provide access to sports facilities, fitness equipment, and recreational activities aimed at promoting physical well-being and teamwork among students.

    Examination Fees

These fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting exams, including proctoring, paper printing, and result processing. They are collected once per semester.
