    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle with options for advance payments. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing. Additional charges may apply for special dietary needs or late meal orders.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial aid is provided through several schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and partial rebate on hostel charges based on income slab.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full rebate on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% discount on tuition fee and 10% discount on hostel charges.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments are due at the beginning of each semester. Late fees of INR 500 per day are charged after the deadline. Students can pay via online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers.

    In case of withdrawal from the institution:

    • Refund Rules: Full refund is processed if the student withdraws within one week of admission.
    • Partial Refund: 80% refund for withdrawal between one and three months.
    • No Refund: No refund after three months unless under exceptional circumstances.

    The official refund process requires submission of a written application along with supporting documents to the finance office. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks for completion.
