Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We recognize the importance of accessibility and support financial needs of deserving students through various fee waiver schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates with valid certificates.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families earning below Rs. 8 lakhs annually.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% fee concession upon submission of valid documentation.

Application forms for financial aid are available on the university website and must be submitted along with required documents including income certificate, caste certificate, or disability certificate.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through UPI apps. Late payments incur a penalty fee of Rs. 500 per day.

Refund Policy:

• Students who withdraw from the program must submit an official withdrawal form within one week of decision.
• Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
• No refund is granted if a student leaves during the first month of semester due to personal reasons.

Financial assistance is available for students facing unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or family hardships. The Student Grievance Redressal Committee evaluates each case and provides appropriate support based on documented evidence.
