Hostel Rent: Students are required to pay monthly hostel rent, which varies based on room type. The university offers multiple accommodation options including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms.

Mess Advance: An advance payment is collected for mess services during the semester. This amount covers food expenses and is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee contributes to the fund supporting students in need, including those facing financial difficulties or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within campus clinics and access to emergency medical assistance.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to gym facilities, sports equipment, and participation in campus sports events and activities.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not utilize certain services or opt out of specific meals.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Application procedures involve submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. Eligibility criteria are reviewed annually by the financial aid committee.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Payment can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, demand draft, or cash at the campus office.

Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on outstanding balances. In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply as per university guidelines:
