Eligibility criteria are verified through official documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards. Applications must be submitted by the specified deadline along with supporting documents.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online via net banking or credit/debit card transactions. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 100 per day, starting from the due date until payment is received.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal or transfer from the college:

    • Withdrawal before first semester: Full refund minus processing fees (INR 1,000).
    • Withdrawal after first semester: Refund of remaining balance after deducting tuition and hostel charges for the completed months.
    • Transfer to another institution: Refund of remaining balance after adjusting for fees already incurred.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all necessary documents and approvals. In case of disputes, students can appeal to the finance committee for resolution.
