    Fee Components Explained

    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with shared facilities such as common rooms, laundry, and internet connectivity.
    • Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meals with options for vegetarian or non-vegetarian diets. Refundable upon leaving the campus.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee used for student welfare programs and emergency financial assistance.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services at the campus hospital and insurance coverage for students.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, and cultural programs on campus.
    • Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel facilities are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad sharing rooms. Room types vary in price and amenities:

    • Single Sharing: INR 40,000/year with private bathroom and Wi-Fi.
    • Double Sharing: INR 35,000/year with shared bathroom and Wi-Fi.
    • Triple Sharing: INR 30,000/year with shared bathroom and basic internet access.
    • Quad Sharing: INR 25,000/year with shared bathroom and limited internet.

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with flexible meal plans. Students can opt for different dietary preferences and receive rebates based on attendance or participation in campus events.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial aid is available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible for 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Receives 50% concession on tuition fee and full rebate on hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Entitled to partial concessions based on income slabs.

    Applications for financial assistance must be submitted via the online portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The process is reviewed by a committee and approved within two weeks of submission.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students are required to make payments through online portals using UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards. Late fees are applicable at 1% per month for delayed payments beyond the due date.

    The refund policy allows partial refunds in case of withdrawal before semester completion:

    • Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
    • Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund minus administrative charges.
    • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund except in exceptional circumstances.
