    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through online modes including net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per month, with a maximum cap of ₹5,000.

    If a student withdraws from the institution before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of tuition and hostel fees
    • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 80% of tuition fee and full hostel charges
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted

    The institution also provides installment plans for students who cannot afford to pay the entire amount upfront. These arrangements require prior approval from the finance department and must be completed within a specified timeframe.
