Detailed Narrative Explanation of Each Component

The Tuition Fee covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and academic support services. It is fixed annually and reflects the high-quality education provided by the faculty members.

Hostel Rent includes accommodation in shared or single-occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and internet connectivity. The rent varies based on room type and availability.

The Mess Advance is a pre-paid amount that covers monthly meal expenses for students living on campus. It ensures consistent access to nutritious meals without frequent transactions.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but play a vital role in maintaining student welfare and ensuring equal educational opportunities.

Medical Fees provide coverage for routine check-ups, emergency treatments, and preventive healthcare services at the college hospital or affiliated clinics.

Gymkhana Fees fund extracurricular activities, sports events, cultural programs, and recreational facilities. They encourage holistic development and maintain a vibrant campus life.

Examination Fees cover costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams, evaluation processes, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel rooms come in two types: single occupancy and double occupancy. Single rooms cost an additional premium compared to shared accommodations. The mess billing system operates monthly, deducting charges from the advance payment based on actual consumption.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who do not consume meals regularly or during holidays. Students can apply for rebates through the hostel office with valid documentation.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Fee waivers are available for SC/ST/PwD candidates based on income slabs defined by the government. EWS category students may receive partial concessions depending on their financial background.

MCM (Minority Community Members) status grants additional benefits in terms of fee reduction or full waiver for eligible candidates from minority communities.

Applications for scholarships must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. The selection committee evaluates each application based on merit and need.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI platforms. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid late fees and penalties.

Late fees are charged at 1% per month on outstanding dues after the due date. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to verification of all dues settled.
