    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.

    Late Fee Calculations

    If payment is delayed beyond the specified deadline, a late fee of INR 500 per day will be charged until full payment is received. Payment methods accepted include NEFT, RTGS, and credit/debit cards.

    Refund Rules upon Withdrawal

    In case of withdrawal from the program, refund rules apply as follows:

    • Withdrawal Before 15 Days: Full refund minus processing charges of INR 2,000
    • Withdrawal After 15 Days: Refund of remaining balance after deducting tuition fees and administrative costs
