    Entrance Examination

Candidates must appear for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) or any other recognized national-level exam. The university also considers scores from MAT, XAT, GMAT, and CAT exams for admission purposes.

The entrance examination evaluates candidates on quantitative ability, logical reasoning, general awareness, and verbal ability. Based on performance, shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview round conducted by the Admissions Committee.

    Counseling Process

Shortlisted candidates undergo a counseling process that includes document verification, personal interviews, and merit ranking based on entrance scores and academic performance. The final seat allocation is done through a centralized counseling system managed by the university.

During counseling, candidates can choose their preferred specializations and make choices for available seats. The selection is based on merit, category-wise reservation policies, and availability of seats in respective categories.

    Exam Preparation Strategy

To prepare effectively for the MBA entrance examination, aspirants should follow a structured approach:

    • Start with conceptual clarity in quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, and logical reasoning.
    • Create a study schedule that allocates time for each section based on strength and weakness.
    • Take regular mock tests to assess progress and improve time management skills.
    • Focus on current affairs and general knowledge as part of preparation strategy.
    • Join coaching institutes or online platforms for guidance and resources.

The counseling process involves careful choice-filling where candidates must prioritize their preferences based on availability and competitiveness. It is essential to analyze previous year cutoffs, category-wise seat distribution, and specialization popularity before making choices.
