Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to illness or other valid reasons. Students can apply for rebates through the hostel administration office, providing necessary documentation.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Mentally Handicapped): These students receive full fee waivers based on verification of documents.
    • Academic Merit Scholarships: Top-performing students may receive partial fee waivers or full scholarships based on their performance in JEE Advanced or other qualifying exams.

The application process for financial aid involves submitting necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic records. Applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee, which evaluates eligibility based on predefined criteria.

    • Withdrawal between 1st and 3rd month: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 3rd month: No refund

The refund process typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Students must submit a written application along with original receipts and withdrawal forms to the finance office.
