    Application Process

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    Late Fee Calculations

    A late fee of ₹1,000 per month is charged for overdue payments. Interest at 12% per annum may be applicable on outstanding balances beyond 6 months.

    Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the program, the following refund policy applies:

    • Before Academic Start: Full refund of all fees except non-refundable charges.
    • During Academic Year: Refund of tuition fee and hostel charges, minus administrative deductions.
    • After Academic Year: No refunds are processed beyond this point.

    Refunds are processed within 60 days of withdrawal confirmation and are credited to the student's bank account. Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with supporting documents for processing.
