    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university operates multiple hostels with varying room types to accommodate different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi, laundry, and basic furniture)
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester (shared with two roommates)

    Mess charges are collected in advance and adjusted monthly based on consumption. Rebates are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers several financial assistance programs to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial exemption from hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% waiver on tuition fees and 50% rebate on hostel charges.

    Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on academic performance, family income, and social background. Applications must be submitted annually with supporting documents such as income certificates and caste certificates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid via online transfer or net banking within the specified deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding balances.

    In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

    • Before admission: Full refund
    • Within one week of admission: 90% refund
    • After one week but before semester commencement: 75% refund
    • After semester begins: No refund
