    Mess Advance: This covers the cost of meals for the semester. The mess operates on a monthly billing system with options for flexible meal plans.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel offers various room types to accommodate different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Room: ₹40,000 per semester (exclusive of mess charges)
    • Double Room: ₹40,000 per semester (exclusive of mess charges)
    • Triple Room: ₹35,000 per semester (exclusive of mess charges)

    The mess operates on a monthly billing system with three meal options:

    • Standard Meal Plan: ₹15,000 per month
    • Premium Meal Plan: ₹20,000 per month
    • Veg Meal Plan: ₹18,000 per month

    Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to illness or other valid reasons. Refunds are processed after verification by hostel authorities.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    We offer multiple financial assistance options to ensure accessibility for all deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive up to 100% fee waiver based on income criteria.
    • EWS Category: Students with annual family income below ₹3 lakhs qualify for partial fee concession of 50%.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Up to 50% concession is available for eligible candidates.

    Application forms for financial aid are submitted online through the university portal. Required documents include income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines: Students must complete fee payment by the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹100 per day after the deadline.

    Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program. Deductions include administrative charges and any outstanding dues.

    Payment methods accepted include online banking, NEFT, RTGS, demand draft, and credit/debit cards. All transactions are securely processed through our official payment gateway.
