    Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with common amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security services.

    Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the entire semester. The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with adjustments made based on attendance and usage.

    Student Benevolent Fund: A contribution towards student welfare initiatives, including emergency aid and cultural events.

    Medical Fees: Covers medical consultations, basic treatments, and access to campus health services.

    Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, gym memberships, and recreational programs.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel facilities at Doon Business School are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. There are three types of rooms available:

    • Single Occupancy Rooms: ₹50,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹40,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹30,000 per semester

    The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with meals provided at fixed rates. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the mess facility regularly, allowing them to receive partial refunds based on usage.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for tuition, hostel rent, and mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession on tuition and hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% discount on fees for tuition and hostel rent.

    Eligibility is determined based on income slabs and supporting documentation such as caste certificates, income certificates, or disability certificates. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year along with necessary documents.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fee payments must be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until the due date is met.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus processing charges of ₹1,000
    • Between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund after deducting processing fees
    • After 60 days: No refund

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal request, subject to verification of all documents.
