    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges with partial concession on mess billing.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent, along with a full rebate on mess charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent, with full rebate on mess charges.

    Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, performance in entrance exams, and financial need. Applications for scholarships must be submitted during the first week of each semester. Eligibility criteria include minimum CGPA (3.0) and family income (below INR 5 lakh annually).

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month on the outstanding amount.

    The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal or transfer. Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents and official communication from the concerned university. Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval, subject to deductions for administrative charges and hostel dues.
