Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals for extended periods or during holidays. Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements or guest visits.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the specified deadline of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of 500 INR per day until clearance is made.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Full refund if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
• 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days.
• No refund after 30 days of admission.

The official refund process is initiated upon submission of a written request, original documents, and completion of all necessary formalities. Refunds are processed within 45 working days.
