Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative support. It is divided into semester-wise payments to ensure manageable financial burden for students.

Hostel Rent: Students residing on campus pay hostel rent which varies based on room type (single, double, triple sharing). The university provides well-maintained accommodation facilities with basic amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Mess charges are collected in advance to cover meals for the entire semester. The mess facility offers a variety of vegetarian options and maintains hygiene standards as per health department guidelines.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to build a solidarity network within the student community.

Medical Fees: Includes coverage for basic healthcare services, emergency medical assistance, and health check-ups conducted by the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers access to gym facilities, sports equipment, and recreational activities. The university promotes physical fitness through organized sports events and fitness programs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Each room comes with essential furniture including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and lighting fixtures. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, air conditioning, and laundry services are available at extra charges.

The mess facility operates 24 hours a day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menu options are planned to cater to diverse dietary needs including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets for students with allergies or health conditions.

Rebate policies are applied for students who do not reside on campus during certain periods, ensuring fair distribution of hostel charges. Students can also apply for mess discounts based on academic performance or financial need.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waiver schemes to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These include merit-based scholarships, need-based assistance, and category-specific concessions.

Scholarship eligibility criteria are defined based on family income, academic performance, and special circumstances. For instance, students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories receive 100% fee waivers, while EWS students get 50% concession on tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are made through online portals or authorized bank transfers. Students must adhere to strict payment deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Late payments attract a monthly interest charge of 2% on outstanding amounts.

If students withdraw from the university during the academic year, refund policies apply according to the duration of study. Refunds are processed within 30 days of formal withdrawal, subject to deductions for administrative costs and unpaid dues.
