Hostel charges are fixed based on room type and amenities offered. Students can choose between single occupancy rooms, shared double rooms, or triple rooms depending on their preference and budget constraints.

Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the duration of that term. The billing system operates on a monthly basis with adjustments made based on actual consumption.

The Student Benevolent Fund contributes towards campus welfare initiatives, student support programs, and emergency assistance funds. It ensures that financial hardship does not hinder academic progress for deserving students.

Medical fees cover routine health check-ups, first aid services, and access to medical professionals during the academic year. These services are available on campus or through partnerships with local healthcare providers.

Hostel & Mess Charges

EWS (Economically Weaker Section) beneficiaries receive partial fee concessions depending on their household income levels. MCM (Married Children of Marginalized Communities) students also qualify for special consideration under the university's scholarship program.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the specified deadline to avoid late penalties or registration issues. Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers directly into university accounts. Students are advised to retain receipts for future reference and verification purposes.

Failure to make timely payments results in a late fee of INR 500 per day until the balance is cleared. In exceptional circumstances, students may request payment extensions with valid reasons and supporting documents submitted to the finance department.

Refunds are granted only in cases of withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution. The refund process involves submission of necessary paperwork and verification by administrative staff. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after approval, subject to applicable deductions for non-refundable charges such as registration fees or examination fees.
