Mess Billing System

The mess charges are collected in advance and adjusted at the end of each semester. Students receive a monthly bill for their consumption based on attendance and meal preferences:

• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner: INR 10,000 per month
• Breakfast & Lunch Only: INR 7,000 per month
• Breakfast Only: INR 4,000 per month

Rebate Policies

Students can apply for rebates under the following conditions:

• Academic Excellence: Top-performing students may receive partial or full rebate on mess charges.
• Financial Hardship: Students from low-income families can request a reduction in hostel rent or mess charges.
• Attendance Bonus: Regular attendance in classes and hostel activities may qualify students for small rebates.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition and hostel fees for eligible students with income below INR 2 lakhs per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition and hostel fees for families earning between INR 2–4 lakhs annually.
• MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Full fee waiver for top 10% of students based on academic performance.

Application Process for Financial Aid

To apply for fee waivers or scholarships, students must submit:

1. Income Certificate: Issued by local authorities or income tax department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.

• Late Fee Calculation: INR 500/day for delayed payments beyond the deadline.
